The energies we experience daily exist on a range of vibrational frequencies. The Reiki practice connects us to the high-vibration, healing energies that allow us to feel balance, comfort, and well-being. This energy follows the intention for one's greatest and highest good and is delivered through the hands.

Because Reiki is easy to learn, anyone with an intention to bring greater well-being to themselves and others may become a Reiki practitioner.
